Lieutenant General H. R. McMaster (TRADOC) will discuss his efforts to develop, mature, and assess concepts, and for integrating capabilities required to improve the effectiveness of the current and future force.

McMaster, Director of the Army Capabilities Integration Center (ARCIC) and Deputy Commanding General, Futures at the U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC). At TRADOC, he is responsible for directing efforts to develop, mature, and assess concepts, and for integrating capabilities required to improve the effectiveness of the current and future force. LTG McMaster will discuss the Army's “Force 2025 and Beyond Effort: Thinking, Learning and Innovating to Win in a Complex World.” Force 2025 and Beyond is the Army's comprehensive effort for improving land power capabilities for the Joint Force.
