Washington, D.C. - The Institute for the Study of War (ISW) cordially invites you to a presentation this Friday morning to release ISW's 2nd report on Afghanistan, Securing Helmand: Understanding and Responding to the Enemy by Jeffrey Dressler.

Mr. Dressler’s detailed analysis of Helmand province in Afghanistan provides readers with a thorough understanding of enemy groups operating in the province, the reasons for recent gains by insurgents, and what the NATO response should entail.
