Jacob Taylor is the Editor and Production Manager at the Institute for the Study of War (ISW). He is responsible for maintaining ISW’s writing and style standards, organizing the production process, and providing quality assurance on all written products. Before coming to ISW, Mr. Taylor was an editor in the global intelligence division of a travel-risk management company. He has previously worked as a reporter and was a co-recipient of the 2018 Robert F. Kennedy Excellence in Journalism Award for his contributions to a series of articles studying the causes of asthma and ill-health in several low-income Baltimore neighborhoods. He holds an M.A. in Journalism from the University of Maryland and a B.A. in International Public Policy from St. Mary’s College of Maryland.
