“From the Frontlines: Evaluating Afghanistan”, a presentation and discussion hosted by the Institute for the Study of War (ISW). The event featured significant findings from ISW scholars’ summer 2010 battlefield circulations in Afghanistan, focusing specifically on Farah, Helmand, and Kandahar Provinces, and the Haqqani network. Special guest presenter, former U.S. Marine Special Operations Captain, Adam Potter, shared thoughts from his tour in Farah province from July 2009 to February 2010.
